It seems like a strange recommendation to make... Go to Subway for lunch in the city but stay with me here. Compared to the Subway sandwiches you get in the UK (and I assume other countries too) Iceland's Subway really has their head in the game. There are a whole slew of extra topping options that have helped me (and hopefully you) take the simple art of building a sub to a WHOLE new level
