Where to go to catch the Northern Lights in Reykjavík

  • Úlfarsfell

This is my no1. favorite because I live here :) I just walk 5 minutes from my house and I left the light pollution behind! Úlfarsfell is a small mountain just outside of Reykjavik, but you don't have to climb it. It's enough to find a spot around its feet. I recommend to discover the place in daylight and find a spot where you can return in evening. Don't forget to bring headlight with you!
