Join us on two of our most popular tours, Whales and puffins! This brilliant day trip combines two outings into one amazing experience.
The puffin tour comes first, we will take you out in a smaller boat to one of three islands off the coast of Reykjavik. These islands are areas where the puffins come to breed so there should be plenty to see.
Following the puffins, you have some free time in the harbour before the whale watching tour starts. On the whale watching we sail off into Faxaflói bay where we are likely to see Minke whales, dolphins and porpoises. Orcas and humpbacks also appear in this area!
Timings and tours are as follows:
- 09:30 Puffins & 13:00 Whales
- 12:00 Puffins & 14:00 Whales
- 15:00 Puffins & 17:00 Whales

The puffin tour lasts for around 1 hour while the whale watching part of the day lasts for 3 hours.
