Great trip out at night to look for the Aurora Borealis. Crew was FANTASTIC! Plus seeing the aurora within the first 5 minutes was also pretty cool. Would highly recommend them.
Fantastic experience.
We had a fantastic experience on our Northern Lights Tour. Our hotel staff told us how to get to the harbour, which was only a ten minute walk from our hotel. When we got to the Special Tours kiosk, we were checked in and we walked to the boats. Staff was welcoming when we chose the boat we wanted to go on. We asked where to find the overalls, chose our size, and headed to the top deck. We were lucky to see the beautiful show in the sky. Etienne told ya where to look. The staff also helped us set up our camera for pictures. The show was spectacular and overall the evening was fantastic! Thank you Special Tours!
Amazing tour! Perfect amount of time
Amazing tour! Perfect amount of time - 2.5 hours or so with comfortable warm overalls. Easy pick up and drop off bus. The best part was our guide, Tina, who was friendly and available for helping set the camera up to capture the Northern Lights. Our initial tour was canceled due to weather and they were more than willing to reschedule us for the following night. We got some spectacular photos of the Aurora Borealis on our last night in Iceland. Thank you!
