Golden Circle & the Secret Lagoon

On the Golden Circle & Secret Lagoon Tour you will experience a series of remarkable and diverse sights in the Southwest of Iceland.

Start the day with a leisurely swim in the Secret Lagoon, one of the oldest natural geothermal pools in Iceland, nestled amongst bubbling hot springs and a small erupting geyser. Steam rises from the surrounding geothermal area as you relax in the 38-40*C warm mineral-rich water surrounded by a geothermal area.

Then we embark upon the quintessential Icelandic tour to the Geysir geothermal area in the Haukadalur valley, where the Strokkur fountain geyser spouts water high into the air every few minutes, before visiting the majestic “Golden Waterfall” of Gullfoss, considered by many to be Iceland’s most beautiful waterfall.

Then onward to the historic geological wonder Þingvellir National Park, which is not only the seat of the world’s oldest still-functioning parliament (where the Icelandic Alþingi first convened in 930 AD) but is considered the best place on earth to view the geologic meeting point of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates, pulling apart year by year.

The duration of the tour is 9 hours.

South coast in a premium mini bus

The south coast is one of the most dramatic landscapes Iceland has to offer. It features a clash of elements that makes this trip perfect for nature lovers.
You will journey along the southern coast of Iceland where the sights of the north atlantic sea will meet with vistas of waterfalls, glaciers, natural wonders and breathtaking beaches.

You will journey along the famous ring road past Eyjafjallajökull to the waterfalls of Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss, the latter of which you can walk behind and enjoy sweeping views of the highlands.

Further to this you will see the glacier tongue of Sólheimajökull, the basalt columns of Reynisfjaraand walk on the black sand beaches of Dyrhólaey before wrapping up with a stop in the sleepy fishing village of Vik.

The professional guides have a deep understanding of the area and not only offer their knowledge of the sites you will visit but also local knowledge of the area and Icelandic culture.

With the largest group size being 15 persons your experience will be more flexible, more intimate and more spontaneous. Giving you an unforgettable experience where you will feel like one of the locals.
